Riverwind

Riverwind was built in 1990, has 2 types of units and only 3 units per floor, all units have 2 balconies! The 2 bed 2 bath centre units with all windows facing downtown Edmonton and the river valley are about 1,100 sq ft. There is also 2 corner units on each floor which have the living and dining room facing north and the bedrooms on the south side of the unit providing lots of natural light. These corner units (units ending in 01 and 03) will either have 2 large bedrooms with south balcony access or 3 bedrooms which are a little smaller. Riverwind condominium consists of two large 19 floor white high rises on Saskatchewan Drive and are known to be the best maintained buildings in the city!
